About The Position

HyPro is seeking Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting wage is based on experience; trainee positions start at $19.00 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is prorated over 16 weeks of full-time employment. 2nd-shift employees receive a $2.00 shift premium. The listed schedules are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for 2nd shift and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for 3rd shift.

The role operates various CNC machines, loads and unloads equipment and materials, and performs critical quality checks using various types of gauging. HyPro describes itself as a family-owned company with 50 years of experience in the machining industry and an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Trainees must have mathematical and mechanical aptitude, be dependable, and be willing to learn.
