About The Position

Perform machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at Bosch’s Lincolnton, North Carolina Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center. The role is available on either a second shift (2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) or third shift (10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Three to five years of previous experience in brazing processes or similar work.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines, and technology.
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime.
Ability to stand and remain mobile for eight hours.
Proper hand dexterity.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Ability to read and prepare orders.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
Ability to read product prints and check products against them.
Proficiency in using measuring devices.
Ability to set up machines using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
Ability to identify and assess common machine problems and troubleshoot them.
Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to understand and follow procedures for machine cleanliness and tool organization.
