About The Position

HyPro is hiring Machine Operators for second- and third-shift positions. Starting wage is based on experience, with trainee positions starting at $19.00 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is prorated over 16 weeks of full-time employment, and second-shift employees receive a $2.00 shift premium. Second shift runs from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; third shift runs from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Trainees must have mathematical and mechanical aptitude, be dependable, and be willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in plant operations or other manufacturing fields.
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various CNC machines.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Perform critical quality checks using various types of gauging.
