About The Position

Our client is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Entry-Level Machine Operator to assist with production. The position is intended for candidates with previous machine operating experience, basic mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with experience using tools and machinery or performing basic maintenance on their own vehicles, such as oil changes, are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined, with an interest in equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical maintenance experience, such as performing oil changes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance as trained.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report machine issues or production defects.

• Stand and remain active throughout the entire shift while meeting production goals.
