About The Position
The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team, responsible for helping ensure the back of house meets regulations and the team can fulfill orders in a timely manner. This entry-level opportunity offers training and mentorship to support career growth. The role supports Food & Beverage back-of-house team members by keeping kitchen areas clean, stocked, and ready for cooking. The operator may also learn additional skills, including food preparation, quality control of refrigerated and freezer items, and cooking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Desire to grow a career and learn new skills.
- Ability to obtain a Gaming License.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply; enrolled tribal youth may apply at age 16.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage industry at a casino and/or hotel.
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
