Entry Level Operator
About The Position
Perform simple operations on a variety of machines using standard work methods and following detailed instructions. Maintain established production standards, check work as directed or by using simple or fixed gages, maintain area and machine housekeeping, and properly identify parts both before and after assigned operations. The listed duties represent the most significant responsibilities of the job but do not exclude occasional assignments consistent with the role. This is a full-time shop position with afternoon shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or midnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Overtime is mandatory. Employees are members of the United Auto Workers Union (UAW).
