About The Position

Volt is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Assembler/Operator in Everett, Washington. The role involves hands-on assembly, injection molding, and packaging of manufactured products. The operator uses written instructions and drawings to assemble, inspect, test, solder, rework, and package products; operates production equipment and tools to meet quality standards; completes basic computer entries and production documentation; and assists with material handling, inventory, and shipping and receiving as needed. The role offers on-the-job training for manufacturing and assembly processes. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM. The pay rate is $22.68 per hour. Requirements

Willingness to learn manufacturing and assembly processes through on-the-job training.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive work with small components.
Ability to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. or move objects up to 40 lbs.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, soldering, or injection molding experience is preferred but not required.
