About The Position

The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team. This entry-level role supports the back-of-house team in meeting regulations and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. The organization offers training and mentorship to support career growth. The operator helps keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and ready for cooking, and may learn food preparation, quality control of refrigerated and freezer items, and cooking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to grow a career and learn new skills.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply; enrolled tribal youth who are at least 16 may apply.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage industry at a casino and/or hotel.
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support Food & Beverage back-of-house team members by keeping kitchen areas—including the refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and preparation area—clean, stocked, and ready for cooking.
• Help the back-of-house team meet regulations and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Learn food preparation, quality control of refrigerated and freezer items, and cooking.
