About The Position

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. The role also performs assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks and other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, while following governmental and company policies. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. It involves standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and using full mobility of the hands and arms for repetitive tasks. This is not an all-inclusive job description.
