About The Position

Machine Operator II is a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment, working in Pre-Processing on the 2nd shift, D Crew. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for hours worked from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The position offers opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience; manufacturing experience is ideal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete and work in cold and/or hot temperatures.
• Availability for overtime or weekends based on plant scheduling needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch formula production rates, start and stop equipment, and maintain overall product quality and safety.
• Perform various quality checks.
• Complete required paperwork, such as downtime and HACCP documentation, and utilize SAP SOPs and safety operation training as appropriate.
