We are dedicated to providing customers with exceptional experiences and high-quality jewelry meant to be treasured for generations. Jewelry is viewed as a means of expression, love, personality, and history, with the goal of becoming a lifelong jeweler for our clients. The Park Meadows store is seeking a part-time sales associate with experience in fine jewelry, watch sales, or other luxury sales. Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic individuals committed to creating unforgettable moments and lasting memories. They are self-starters who excel at building enduring relationships and can work both independently and collaboratively within small, close-knit teams. Our Sales Associates present merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.
Requirements
- Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed

- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity
- Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
- Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
- Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
- Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
