About The Position

Korum Automotive Group is seeking Lube Technicians to perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs for customers. The role requires mechanical ability, a willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach. Technicians work from repair orders, use diagnostic tools and service equipment, and coordinate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional service needs and repair timing. Warranty repairs must be completed to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months to one year of related experience or alternative training.
Dexterity requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others as a teammate.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and estimated repair times so customers can be informed.
Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
