About The Position

Hall, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a Quick Lube Technician to perform light vehicle maintenance and repairs. The role includes lube, oil, and filter changes; tire balancing and rotation; and cooling-system flushing. The technician works independently and as part of a team to support service quality and customer satisfaction. Paid training and continued training opportunities are provided, including support for ASE certifications and State Inspection Certification.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or independent shop, or equivalent automotive trade school experience.
• Valid, clean driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no major violations in that period, such as DUI or reckless driving. Candidates under 21 may have no more than one moving violation and no major violations in the last three years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inject grease into vehicle components such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles using a hand- or compressed-air-powered grease gun.
• Inspect fluid levels in steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles.
• Check tire air pressure.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Drain crankcase oil and refill with the required amount of oil.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Perform light maintenance and repairs, including tire balancing and rotation and cooling-system flushing.
