Quick Lube Technician - Hall Mazda
About The Position
Hall Mazda is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician interested in career growth. The technician performs light vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil and filter changes, tire balancing and rotation, and cooling-system flushing. The role requires working independently and as part of a team to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or independent shop is preferred.
- Valid, clean driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no major violations, such as DUI or reckless driving, in the last three years.
- Applicants under 21 may have no more than one moving violation in the last three years and no major violations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform light vehicle maintenance and repairs, including lubrication, oil and filter changes, tire balancing and rotation, and cooling-system flushing.
- Inject grease into vehicle components such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles using a hand- or compressed-air-powered grease gun.
- Inspect fluid levels in steering gear, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings, and shackles.
- Check tire air pressure.
- Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
- Drain crankcase oil and refill with the required amount of oil.
- Replace oil and air filters.
- Inspect vehicles for additional repair needs.
- Work independently and with a team to support service quality and customer satisfaction.
