About The Position

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level, hourly paid technician responsible for performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles. The role requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks. Technicians help deliver a positive customer experience by completing maintenance and inspections and ensuring vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when received. The position includes manufacturer and management-assigned training, with opportunities to build knowledge of new technologies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience is highly preferred.
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Accurately complete the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle.
• Use product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and put that knowledge into practice.
