About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring recent nursing graduates for its Nurse Residency Program, a paid new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Residents provide one-on-one nursing care to clients of all ages and a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. The role includes a six-week training program, paid training and shadowing, and ongoing clinical support by phone. After training, nurses have flexible scheduling. The position uses electronic charting through Statewise, and BAYADA aims to match nurses with cases near their homes.

Requirements

• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Passed NCLEX.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in home care settings.
• Use electronic charting through Statewise.
• Participate in the six-week training program and paid shadowing.
• Provide care to people of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
