BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold U.S. licensure. It is a paid new-graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). Nurse residents provide one-on-one nursing care to clients of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to explore areas of interest and develop new skills. The role includes a six-week training program, paid training and shadowing, and flexible scheduling after training. Pay is $27–$29 per hour for day shifts and $28–$30 per hour for evening or overnight shifts. BAYADA matches residents with cases near their homes and provides around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Care is documented electronically using Statewise. The employer notes that it complies with applicable state and local mandates and is an equal opportunity employer.
