About The Position
AristaCare at Manchester is hiring a new graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-focused care. New graduates are welcome. Candidates applying through this posting work directly with AristaCare’s in-house Talent Acquisition Team, not a third-party staffing or recruitment agency. The position is located at AristaCare at Manchester in Manchester Township, New Jersey. AristaCare at Manchester participates in the federal CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses may receive up to $50,000 in federal financial support, paid directly by CMS in addition to AristaCare compensation and benefits. Program eligibility requires an average of 30 or more hours of work per week and a three-year service commitment at a participating center. CMS payments are taxable.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; new graduates are welcome.
- Strong clinical, communication, and resident-focused care skills.
