LPN for Adult Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult clients, with pediatric cases also available. The role offers flexible scheduling and cases in Titusville, Cocoa Beach, Edgewood, Winter Park, Belle Isle, Kissimmee, Orlando, and Lake Mary. Clients may have advanced care needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator management; paid training and shadowing are provided. Nurses receive electronic charting tools, short commutes through case matching near home, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Available shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours and may be first, second, or third shift. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. Pay is $28–$35 per hour and depends on experience, case acuity, shift, and other factors.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid nursing license.
- Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
- Hold a current CPR card.
- Complete screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
- Deliver care for clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Use electronic charting through Statewise.
