About The Position

Tel Hai, a nonprofit Life Plan Community in Honey Brook, Chester County, Pennsylvania, is hiring an LPN for its Weekend Program. This is a day-shift role scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The schedule requires working every weekend, with every eighth weekend off. Compensation is $35.42 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $600 perfect-attendance bonus every seven weeks. The LPN performs nursing skills and documentation within the scope of licensure and according to individual care plans. The role also supervises and assists nursing assistants and responds to emergencies involving residents or staff. Requirements

A Pennsylvania LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

Perform nursing skills and document within the scope of licensure and according to individual care plans.
Document care delivery, observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately.
Supervise and assist nursing assistants in following their job descriptions, and confer with the Nurse Manager or Supervisor as indicated.
Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff, including independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, and other emergency situations.
