About The Position
The LPN staff nurse provides care to residents in the Assisted Living Facility at Freedom Square of Seminole. The position is responsible for accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, documentation, and response to emergency call lights. The nurse also supports admission and discharge processes, communicates changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families, makes rounds with physicians, transcribes orders, and helps ensure continuity of services and care.
