About The Position

Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking patient-centered LPN staff nurses to provide care to residents in its Assisted Living Facility. The LPN is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, documentation, and response to emergency call lights. The role involves supporting admissions and discharges, communicating changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families, making rounds with physicians, transcribing orders, and ensuring continuity of services and care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license with the state of Florida.
