About The Position

Brookdale is seeking a compassionate, motivated LPN Supervisor for an assisted living community. The role oversees resident care and day-to-day healthcare operations, supports and trains caregivers, and helps ensure consistent, high-quality service. It offers an opportunity to develop clinical leadership skills alongside an experienced leadership team. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and shares on-call duties as required.

Requirements

• LPN or LVN license.
• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community’s day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive quality care as their healthcare needs change.
• Ensure consistent quality resident care and service across shifts, including stepping into Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide duties when needed to meet resident needs and staffing requirements.
• Assist with supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers.
• Train and educate Caregivers through ongoing classroom in-services and situation-specific training.
• Manage associate schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
• Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits according to Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
