About The Position

Provides direct patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of patients under the supervision of an RN. Assists with new staff orientation and training and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient care needs. Work is directed by the RN on the unit or the Nurse Manager and must comply with the Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse Rules. The role works every weekend, Friday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current active Georgia license as an LPN or RN.
• Obtain BLS within 60 days of hire.
• At least up to one year of job-related experience.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Two to five years of recent job-related experience preferred.
