About The Position

The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage provides person-centered nursing care and works closely with the healthcare team to support residents’ safety, comfort, and independence. The role includes educating residents and families, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administering medications within the employee’s scope of practice. The position requires communication and leadership skills and the ability to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in accordance with the facility’s mission and standards. The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week: Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for an RN or $12,000 for an LPN. Medical coverage is available on the first day of employment; all other benefits begin on the first day of the month following the hire date.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Capacity to manage a nursing unit during night shifts and make critical decisions collaboratively.

• Senior living nursing experience preferred.
