About The Position

The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage provides person-centered nursing care and works closely with the healthcare team to support residents’ safety, comfort, and independence. The role includes educating residents and families, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administering medications within the nurse’s scope of practice. The nurse manages a nursing unit during the third shift, communicates effectively, demonstrates leadership, and makes critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in accordance with the facility’s mission and standards.

This position is 32 hours per week. The schedule is Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. A sign-on bonus is offered: $20,000 for an RN or $12,000 for an LPN. Medical coverage is available on the first day of employment; all other benefits take effect on the first day of the month following the hire date.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Work 32 hours per week on the stated schedule: Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
• Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capacity to manage a nursing unit and make critical decisions collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Senior living nursing experience preferred.
