LPN / RN Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, primarily in their homes. Nurses work according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends; shift lengths of 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours are offered. The role includes ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medications and treatments, coordinating care, educating family members about clinical care, and taking preventative steps to protect quality of care. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. The position includes a 1:1 patient care ratio, 24/7 clinical support, and paid SIM lab and live-client training.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Provide care in a client home setting.

Responsibilities
