About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one home health care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in Gilbert, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Nurses work according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
Ability to provide care in a client's home setting.
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

Provide medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes, following the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate patient care.
Educate family members about the patient's clinical care to support positive outcomes.
Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
