About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and/or adolescents, primarily in their homes. Nurses follow the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel, monitor and assess patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, coordinate care, educate family members, and take preventative steps to protect quality of care. The role is available in full-time and part-time shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, one-on-one care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
