About The Position
Love nursing but tired of the hospital grind? Try nursing a different way. This is a Private Duty Nursing role for LPN or RNs providing 1:1 patient care for pediatric to young adult patients in their homes. The position offers weekday and weekend shifts with premium pay for weekend overnights. Phoenix Home Care understands burnout is real and is committed to supporting nurses with flexible scheduling, consistent communication, realistic case assignments, and a caring environment.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable and dedicated to quality patient care
Responsibilities
- One-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients at home.
- Provide 1:1 patient care.
