LPN/RN Home Care (peds to young adults)
About The Position
This is a Private Duty Nursing position for LPNs or RNs providing 1:1 patient care for pediatric to young adult patients in their homes. The role offers a different approach to nursing compared to the hospital setting, focusing on building relationships with families and providing dedicated care without hospital politics or patient ratios. The company emphasizes supporting its nurses to prevent burnout through flexible scheduling, consistent communication, realistic case assignments, and a caring environment. Various hours are available, with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable and dedicated to quality patient care
