LPN/RN Home Care (Peds to Young Adults)
About The Position
This is a Private Duty Nursing position for LPN or RNs providing 1:1 patient care in a home setting for pediatric to young adult patients. The role offers an alternative to traditional hospital nursing, focusing on building relationships with families. Shifts include specific times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with opportunities for weekday overnights. The company emphasizes support for nurses, offering flexible scheduling, consistent communication, realistic case assignments, and a caring environment. Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
