About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a different way to practice nursing, focusing on 1:1 patient care rather than the hospital environment. It's an opportunity to provide meaningful care to one patient and their family, with flexible scheduling options including weekdays, weekends, and overnights. The position offers consistent cases, weekly pay, and competitive pay rates with premium pay for overnight and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- LPN or RN license
- Willingness to work with pediatric to young adult patients.
- Ability to provide 1:1 patient care.
- Must be able to work with a flexible schedule, including potential weekdays, weekends, and overnights.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Experience with the PDN side of nursing.
