About The Position

St. Joseph Kervick Residence is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LPN or MedTech dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll use strong communication and organizational skills to administer medications, assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. Requirements

Current LPN license or experience as a Med Tech
Ability to work evening shifts and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, resident-centered approach with commitment to confidentiality and safety.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies.
Provide care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Director of Nursing or Administrator, including family concerns or complaints.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment while addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Engage with residents in ways that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences.
Complete documentation thoroughly and on time, including charts, reports, logs, and records.
