About The Position
Brookdale is seeking an LPN or LVN to support residents’ well-being in a residential care environment. The role helps maintain a physical, social, and psychological environment that is in residents’ best interest; monitors care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans; documents residents’ responses to care; and administers medications. The nurse is also responsible for the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room and for following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required under applicable state regulations. Responsibilities
