About The Position
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC, a home health care agency providing medical and nonmedical services, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health care to patients. The position offers day, evening, or overnight shifts Monday through Sunday. The agency is willing to work with the employee’s schedule and offers flexible hours, with part-time or full-time work available.
Requirements
- LPN license.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home.
- Follow the LPN plan of care.
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care.
- Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
- Follow all clinical and office policies.
