About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Essex County Team. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care that allows children to remain in a familiar environment, giving families the support and peace of mind they need. Unlike fast-paced clinical settings, pediatric home care allows for personalized, consistent care to the same clients over time, fostering meaningful relationships with both the child and their family. BAYADA works with your availability to match you with ongoing cases, creating continuity for nurses and families.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to children in their homes.
- Follow and document physician orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor condition changes.
