About The Position
Mass General Brigham Home Care offers LPNs the opportunity to step away from task-heavy, fast-paced settings and deliver thoughtful, one-on-one care. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory

- Home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
