About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Essex County Team. As a BAYADA nurse, you'll provide one-on-one care that allows children to remain in a familiar environment while giving families the support and peace of mind they need. You'll have the time to focus on your patient's individual needs, celebrate milestones, and build meaningful relationships with both the child and their family. Unlike fast-paced clinical settings, pediatric home care allows you to provide personalized, consistent care to the same clients over time. We work with your availability to match you with ongoing cases, creating continuity for both our nurses and the families we serve. We care for children of all ages and acuity levels and provide extensive paid training so you feel confident and supported on your very first shift.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Follow and document physician orders
- Perform assessments and monitor condition changes
- Provide skilled, compassionate care in a calm home setting
