About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Morris County Nursing Team. BAYADA offers a different approach to nursing, focusing on one-on-one care in the patient's home, allowing nurses to be more present and make a significant difference. The role emphasizes building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through consistent care on 1-2 ongoing cases, tailored to the nurse's availability. This private duty nursing role involves traditional shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) and provides hands-on care with a single client, allowing nurses to see real progress and milestones. Nurses will travel to a client's home, provide skilled nursing care following physician orders, monitor client conditions, and document care using electronic charting.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
