About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Sussex County Nursing team. BAYADA offers a different approach to nursing, focusing on one-on-one care in the patient's home, allowing nurses to be more present and make a significant difference. The role emphasizes building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through consistent care on 1-2 ongoing cases that fit the nurse's availability. This position is ideal for nurses who feel stretched thin by heavy facility ratios and rushed care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you
- Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
- Monitor and assess client conditions
- Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
