About The Position
Prime Healthcare Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care services. The LPN will work within the scope of practice, addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care, and meeting the communication needs of patients and their families. This role operates under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Requirements
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills.
- Ensures patient care meets psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Meets the communication needs of the patient and family.
- Performs duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager.
