About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. They offer employees stability and a culture where leaders and nurses have long tenure. This role focuses on private duty nursing, which involves working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client nearby. Nurses will work with clients who have various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. BAYADA provides support for employee success through preventive care, 24/7 managerial support, and weekly paychecks.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Ability to work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours).
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
- Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
- Communicate with management and utilize the compliance hotline as needed.
