About The Position

Four County Health & Rehab is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in delivering quality care. The position is PRN and may involve day, evening, night, or weekend shifts. Starting pay is $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.

• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
