About The Position

Columbia Cottage is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join its assisted living team in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The role oversees daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift while providing direct nursing care and helping ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality, compassionate care. The position offers a starting pay rate of $32.00 per hour and full-time opportunities. The available day schedule is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (required); RN candidates are welcome to apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff.
• Help ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered.
