LPN Charge Nurse
About The Position
Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being and ensure care is delivered according to care plans and clinical standards. The role includes supervising and supporting CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with residents, families, and colleagues. This is a part-time position with starting pay of $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
