About The Position
Stribling Equipment, LLC, a John Deere dealership selling and servicing construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment, is seeking a Lowboy Truck Driver to support its continued growth. The driver transports construction equipment for customer pickups and deliveries and transfers between branches. The position may be based at either the Fort Smith or Springdale, Arkansas location and involves road travel. The successful candidate must pass pre-employment screenings, including a motor vehicle record review, background check, and drug test.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- At least one year of experience transporting heavy construction equipment.
- Current, valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate with no restrictions.
- Satisfactory Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) record.
- Must pass pre-employment MVR, background check, and drug test upon offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Drive a tractor and lowboy trailer to customer locations for equipment pickups and deliveries and for branch transfers.
- Properly and safely load and unload equipment onto and off the delivery vehicle.
- Maintain a safe driving record.
