About The Position

Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking an orthodontic clinical specialist to work one-on-one with patients and directly with their braces. The role involves working closely with doctors, patients, and patients’ families, while helping provide an excellent healthcare experience. The successful candidate will perform procedures accurately and gently within a specific amount of time and help patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease. The position requires travel between the Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations. Dental or orthodontic experience is not required.

• Be able to perform complex procedures accurately and gently within a specific amount of time.
• Help patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease while performing procedures.

• Be receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment.
• Be comfortable traveling between the Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations.
