About The Position

Our orthodontic practice is seeking an orthodontic clinical specialist to work one-on-one with patients and directly with their braces. The role involves working directly with doctors, patients, and patients’ families. The successful candidate will perform complex procedures accurately and gently within a specific amount of time while helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease. The role requires travel between the Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations. Dental or orthodontic experience is not required.

• Able to make patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease while performing procedures.

• Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment.
• Comfortable traveling between the Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations.
