About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
